Account & Registration

Registering at mbi jackpot is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Go to Registration page, fill in your full name, email address, Malaysian phone number, and create a password. Click "Register" and you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to activate your account. You can then log in immediately and make your first deposit.

No. Each individual is only permitted to have one account only at mbi jackpot. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of our terms of service and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, including any balances and bonuses held within them. Log in to your mbi jackpot account, then click the profile icon at the top right and select "Account Settings". From there, you can update your phone number, email address, and password. Important note: Your registered full name cannot be changed as it is used to verify withdrawals to your bank account. If there is an error in your name, please contact our support team.

An account may be suspended for reasons including repeated failed login attempts, incomplete identity verification, or suspicious activity. Contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or email support@mbijackpot.ws with your username and registered phone number. Our team will review the situation and help restore access within 24 business hours.

To permanently delete your account, you may use the Permanent Self-Exclusion in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, or contact our support team. Before the closure is processed, any valid cash balance will be returned to your Malaysian bank account within 5 business days. Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. Account closure is final and cannot be reversed.

Maximum daily deposit limit depending on your chosen method and VIP tier:

  • VIP Silver members and above: up to RM 30,000 per day
  • VIP Gold & Elite members: up to RM 100,000 per day
You can also set a lower personal deposit limit through the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings.

Deposits via DuitNow, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay are typically credited to your mbi jackpot account within less than 1 minute – almost instant. Deposits via FPX (Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks) take between 1–5 minutes depending on bank processing. If your deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction (screenshot).

Mbi jackpot does not charge any fees for deposits. You receive the full amount you put into your gaming account. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees (usually none or minimal). Please check with your financial service provider for more details.
Withdrawals & Payments

Log in to your mbi jackpot account, go to "Wallet", then select "Withdrawal". Choose your preferred withdrawal method (Malaysian local bank, DuitNow, or e-wallet), enter the amount and your bank details, then click "Submit Request". You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal has been processed. Important: Your bank account name must match the name registered on your mbi jackpot account.

Withdrawal processing time:
  • Regular members: within 1 hour (during business hours)
  • VIP Silver members: within 30 minutes
  • VIP Gold & Elite members: within 15 minutes
Withdrawals submitted after 11 PM will be processed the following day. Once processed by mbi jackpot, the time for funds to credit to your bank account depends on your bank (typically instant for DuitNow, or 1–3 business days for standard transfers).

Minimum withdrawal: RM 50.
Maximum daily withdrawal:
  • Regular members: RM 20,000 per day
  • VIP Silver members: RM 50,000 per day
  • VIP Gold members: RM 150,000 per day
  • VIP Elite members: No limit (subject to review)
For withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000, identity verification (KYC) may be required.

A withdrawal may be rejected for several reasons:
  • Bank account name does not match the name on your mbi jackpot profile
  • Bonus wagering requirement not yet met
  • Identity verification (KYC) not yet completed for large withdrawals
  • Insufficient balance after bonus requirement deduction
  • Daily withdrawal limit has been reached
If your withdrawal is declined, you will receive an email explaining the reason. Contact our support team if you need further clarification.
